Kimberly is passionate about helping clients navigate through the challenges and distress life brings. As a mother of two and have been married for over 16 years, she has faced her own difficulties including birth trauma and marital strain. After seeking help from a therapist, Kimberly recognized how powerful, healing and transformative therapy can be. Kimberly’s client-centered approach to therapy is about creating the space for her clients to heal while embarking on a journey to restore hope and connection to self and others. Kimberly works with couples, families, and individuals, utilizing attachment theory and Emotionally Focused Therapy, to increase resiliency, heal past and present traumas, promote growth and build stronger relationships.
Kimberly holds a Master’s Degree in Marital and Family Therapy from Alliant International University, and a Master’s degree in Organization Development from American University.
